Hark o denizens, a song of the heart,

Or the ignominy of an unsung chord,

Can't ever endorse sorrow for  mirth,

Those who do I wont bother stop.

Yet unwittingly a bud did blossom,

Beneath a caretaker’s gaze, negligent,

Witness’d aplenty, ruefully wrongs,

A million tears, of its shed in torrents.

Dreamt of happiness not even once,

Slip'd from memory, all happenstance,

Ever denied, whatever it couraged ask,

Bore the yoke, of every following task.

Fallacy the thought of absorbing sorrows,

The depth's absent, inadequate shallows,

Unleashed many a tear yet unhindered,

Retaining the solace in them unfettered.
